Steel Fire Door

Scope of application: It is applicable to fire prevention and safety passages in places with fire protection requirements in high-rise buildings and industrial buildings (such as hotels, restaurants, cinemas, warehouses, reference rooms, computer rooms, distribution rooms, room entrance doors, etc.).

Material selection instructions

Door frame: The door frame and door leaf are made of high-quality galvanized cold-rolled steel plate.

Door leaf: Made of high-quality steel plate, filled with environmentally friendly and fireproof materials inside.

Hardware accessories: Fireproof locks are equipped with fire-fighting special locks, fireproof hinges, and door closers (single-tongue locks are selected for pipe parallel doors without door closers).

Classified by fire resistance performance:

Heat-insulating fireproof door (Class A): A fireproof door that can simultaneously meet the requirements of fire integrity and heat insulation within the specified time.

Partially insulated fireproof door (Class B): A fireproof door that meets the requirements of fire integrity and heat insulation within the specified time of 0.50 hours or more, and still meets the requirements of fire integrity within the specified time after 0.50 hours.

Non-insulating fireproof door (Class C): A fireproof door that can meet the requirements of fire integrity within the specified time.

Fire resistance limit: The fire resistance limits of commonly used Class A fire doors are :3.00 hours, 2.00 hours,1.5 hours (Class A),1.0 hours (Class Z), and 0.5 hours (Class C).

Sound insulation effect

It has a good sound insulation effect, reducing noise by 235db.
